Reporting to the Vice President of Operations & Administration, Nina will handle work overflows from the Document Underwriting Department. This will include writing policies and procedures for all departments. She will be involved with staff training, developing metrics to evaluate process effectiveness, and writing scripts for the Call Center and Help Desk staff.
